Your private hire journey should always be pre-booked. Check the booking and vehicle details before getting in, and contact us if anything does not match.

Before entering, check that the vehicle and driver information match the details supplied for your booking.
Contact our support team promptly about safety concerns, lost property, service issues or suspected misuse.
Booking details can vary by service. Your confirmation will contain the terms that apply to your particular journey or delivery.
Scheduled journeys can generally be requested up to 30 days in advance. Very early, specialist or long-distance bookings should be made as early as possible and remain subject to driver availability.
We can track the flight information supplied with the booking. Unless your confirmation says otherwise, airport pickups include up to 90 minutes of complimentary waiting. We commonly recommend choosing a pickup around 45 minutes after the scheduled landing time, depending on baggage and border control.
You can normally cancel without charge up to four hours before the agreed pickup time. A reasonable cancellation or no-show charge may apply after that point, reflecting costs and losses caused by the cancellation. Your booking confirmation takes priority where it states a different arrangement.
Cash and card may be available, depending on the booking. Airport and long-distance journeys may require advance payment or a deposit. Any fare, deposit and payment timing will be confirmed before the booking is finalised.
